"Felt stuck trying to check out"
I was just trying to buy a hat, but the checkout kept sending me in circles like I couldn’t get out of it. My card got declined twice with no explanation, which made it even more frustrating. After about 20 minutes of feeling trapped in the same loop, I gave up. Really annoying experience

I ordered my usual size and even checked the size chart before buying, so I really thought it would be fine. After waiting longer than I hoped for it to show up, the hat ended up fitting nothing like I expected. It’s way too tight on the sides but somehow loose on top, which just feels awkward. For the price, I expected a lot better. Disappointed and I probably won’t order hats from here again.

I bought a kangol hat the material feels thin and kind of cheap. It also started losing its shape way faster than I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I really thought it would feel a lot better quality. Disappointing overall

I ordered a hat from kangol.com and the delivery date just kept getting pushed back with no real explanation . The tracking didn’t move for days , and when I reached out to support , I basically got a generic copy paste response . It did show up eventually , but way later than promised . I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a specific date .

"Color was way off again"
I ordered this hat because it looked olive green in the photos, but when it showed up it was more of a dark brown/grey. The quality seems fine, so that’s not the issue, but I specifically bought it for the color. Kind of tired of dealing with this same problem where the product photos don’t match what actually arrives. They really need to make the pictures more accurate. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I can see it in person first.

I bought a cap from kangol.com and, the stitching started coming loose after just a few wears. I mean, I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but for the price, I really thought the quality would be better.

I was actually happy with how it looked when I first got it, and the style is decent overall. The color and fit seemed okay at a glance, so I thought it would work out. But after wearing it for a bit, I realized it wasn’t very comfortable. It felt tighter than I expected and the fabric was kind of scratchy, so I probably wouldn’t reach for it again.

The hat itself was totally fine and pretty much what I expected. But wow, the shipping took forever 😩 I was starting to wonder if it got lost.

"Sent the wrong hat and didn’t really help"
I ordered a black Kangol cap in a large, and somehow they sent me a navy one in a medium. Like… the packing slip even showed the correct item, so I have no idea how that got mixed up.
I reached out to support and it took a few days to get a reply. Then they asked for photos and order details that I had already sent, which was just frustrating. This was my first time ordering from Kangol Headwear and, yeah… probably the last.

"Didn't Hold Up Like I Expected"
I picked up a Kangol hat thinking it would be a solid buy and last me a while, but I was disappointed. After only wearing it a couple of times, I noticed the stitching starting to come loose, and the hat just kind of lost its shape. For what I paid, I expected much better quality. I don’t think I’d buy from them again...

"I don’t know why, but it just felt off"
I bought a Kangol cap and I don’t know why, but right away it didn’t feel quite authentic to me. The tags and stitching seemed different compared to my older one, and it just gave me a bad feeling. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really much help, so I’m not fully trusting it.

"Styles feel outdated now"
I went on kangol.com hoping to find something fresh, but most of the hats felt old fashioned and kind of awkward to wear. The designs just don’t really match my style anymore. I also found it a bit unclear who’s actually behind or owning the brand/site now, which made the whole experience feel even more confusing. Disappointed with the options overall

"Returns are way too much hassle"
I ordered a hat from kangol.com and was excited to get it, but it just didn’t fit the way I hoped. As someone who wears hats all the time and is picky about fit, I figured exchanging it for another size would be simple.
It ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to pay for return shipping, then wait around without many updates, and the customer service replies were short and not especially helpful.
By the time everything finally got handled, I didn’t even care about getting the hat anymore. For a brand at this price point, the return process should feel a lot smoother than this.

"Packaging was really poor"
I ordered a hat from kangol.com, and the way it showed up was disappointing. It came in this thin box with almost no protection inside, and by the time it got to me, the box was completely crushed.
The hat looked like it had been bent and shoved around during shipping. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody even read my message. For what I paid, I expected a lot more care.

"Honestly, it feels a bit overpriced"
I was thinking about picking up a hat, but the prices just seem way too high for what it is. Like, once you add shipping on top, it really doesn’t feel worth it to me. The styles are nice, I guess, but the value just isn’t there. Kind of feels like you’re mostly paying extra for the name.

"Selection kept coming up short"
I went in hoping to find a decent mix of styles and colors, but the selection was limited. Every time I found a hat I actually liked, the size was missing or the color wasn’t available, so it felt like the goalposts kept moving on what I could even buy. For a brand like Kangol, I expected way more options. I ended up leaving without getting anything.
